How it works
1.) Each tenant is informed of the adhesion to the plan (letter annexed to the document for the owners use).
2.) In the event of an emergency, the tenant calls the number given on the afore mentioned letter.
3.) A receptionist will immediately contact service personnel on duty.
4.) The person on duty will analyse the situation and attempt to sort it out over the phone thus avoiding the movement of personnel. If no one is sent out to intervene, there are no extra costs to the property owner.
5.) If an intervention is deemed necessary, the service personnel will only do the minimum to contain or control the situation and the owner will be advised, in accordance to the written agreement, and will decide what measures will be taken subsequently by a contractor of his or her choice.
6.) All costs are invoiced directly to the participating member by DCM
7.) Defaulting on the chosen payment plan will result in the annulation of the service.
8.) DCM will keep a register of all use of the service and a copy will be sent with each invoice.
